Signature is require on all deliveries.
Incomplete or incorrect address details can cause delay in shipping/delivery. Please cross check the details provided, ensure you have provided the most accurate / complete information needed to ensure swift shipping / delivery.
No refunds will be issued for refused or abandon shipments
You will be provided with the tracking information for any shipment, if there is any discrepancy, please contact us immediately. We will contact the courier right away and initiate a trace/investigation for the package. If it is established to be lost, we will send a replacement.
We do not accept any responsibilities for late deliveries which results from holidays, natural disasters or delay from couriers or post office.
